On October 19th and 20th, Swiky Jewelry organized a team-building event for over 130 members of its management team in Heyuan, under the theme "Forge Ahead with Swiky Spirit, Unite as One." Mr. Zhuo Hancai, Vice Chairman & General Manager of Swiky Jewelry, and Ms. Su Xiaohong, Deputy General Manager, led the team, embarking on an unforgettable journey of self-challenge and team cohesion.


Bonfire Night Ignites Passion
Upon arrival that evening, a vibrant bonfire party was held. Dances, games, and a creative grass catwalk show followed one after another. General Manager Zhuo Hancai and Deputy General Manager Su Xiaohong jointly lit the bonfire, officially kicking off the event, with the flames reflecting the warmth and enthusiasm of every Swiky member.




Team-Building Commences, Gathering Strength to Move Forward
The next morning, Deputy General Manager Su Xiaohong delivered an inspiring opening speech. She emphasized, "'Integrity, Pragmatism, and Benevolence' are Swiky's core values, and 'Never Say Die' is our corporate spirit. I hope everyone will carry forward this fighting spirit during the team-building activities — to strive together, work together, and win together."

Following her speech, ice-breaking activities and team competitions were conducted under the coach's guidance. Events such as "Trackless Train" and "Inspiring Drums" tested the team's collaboration and adaptability. Amidst laughter and joy, everyone broke through organizational boundaries, enhancing trust and mutual understanding.
Surmounting the Graduation Wall: Forging the Team's Soul
The most awe-inspiring moment was undoubtedly "Surmounting the Graduation Wall." Facing a smooth 4-meter-high wall, all members willingly formed human ladders, climbed fiercely, and provided unwavering protection. After five attempts, they achieved the remarkable feat of getting everyone over the wall in 18 minutes and 51 seconds. At that moment, everyone embraced and wept — for the belief in giving their all to protect their teammates, and for the power of a united team.


Deputy General Manager Su Xiaohong concluded, "As long as there are rules, a clear goal, and centripetal force, a team can challenge infinite possibilities. The Swiky people have done it — the Swiky people are the best!"
